I can’t thank the staff enough at Methodist Craig Ranch Surgery Center. The nurses and doctors were so incredibly kind, compassionate, informative and overall amazing. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a hospital at Methodist Craig Ranch and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The facility was so nice, clean, up to date. I was very comfortable in my room waiting to go in for my procedure. The staff was so kind to my husband as well and kept him up to date. The nurses made the effort to get to know me and talk to me before my procedure which actually helped calm my nerves and anxiety. I’m not good with hospitals, needles or anything involving hospitals but I felt so comfortable before and after my procedure. Thank you so much to everyone who was so kind to me. Also the lady at the front desk who checked me in and took all of my information, she was very kind and compassionate as well. Everyone was overall amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The nurses and doctors even wrote me notes to “get better”, so thoughtful and also called me today to follow up and see how I was feeling. Thank you to all the staff and Jamie, Crystal, Curtis, Dr. Adams and Dr. Slaughter, and Sara!
