When can I see my family after my surgery or procedure?
After your procedure, you will be moved to our recovery area. When you are fully awake, your family will be able to join you. Until then, your family is welcome to wait for you in our comfortable waiting area.
When are visiting hours?
We welcome the friends and family of our patients to visit at their convenience during our flexible visiting hours. We offer complimentary coffee, cable TV and Wi-Fi access in our waiting area for friends and family of all patients.
Please note that due to the quick recovery time for patients receiving same-day procedures, friends and family are asked to wait until the patient has recovered to join them and escort them home.
Do you have a cafeteria?
Our new café features gourmet breakfast and lunch entrees, convenient grab-and-go items such as salads, sandwiches, and parfaits. Also provided is premium Starbucks coffee products.
The café is open from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Who can I call if I need financial assistance?
If you require special financial arrangements, please call our business office at (469) 301-7104 prior to your surgery to discuss alternative methods of payment. Our patient account representatives are available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to discuss financial agreements with you.

If you are looking for medical records, please call our Centralized Records office at (972) 569-2719. Please do not submit these requests online.
