Consideration for the Top 100 begins each year in January, when companies are first nominated. Following the nomination period, participants are engaged in a company-wide survey designed to evaluate employee morale, fulfillment and satisfaction. The winning companies are scored and ranked according to a unique algorithm. This year’s Top 100 Places to Work was announced during a luncheon hosted at the Omni Dallas Hotel on Friday, November 17th.
