I wanted to tell you congratulations on an exceptional team of professionals that work at Methodist Craig Ranch Surgery Center. I had my second procedure with Dr. Massey on October 18th at 7:45. From the moment I checked in to leaving everyone went over and above making certain I was well taken care of. I have had several surgeries unfortunately and I have never had such a good experience at another hospital or center. I would like to offer a BIG shout-out to my pre-op nurse, Cindi. She put in the most gentle no bruise IV on the first try both times there I have ever had. She was awesome. And Seth, I believe he was the discharge nurse, was a great person and made certain I had everything I needed.
In summary, I have not been this impressed with such a fantastic medical team in years. I have already told several friends what a great experience I had.
